20 Days of De-Cluttering

Ok, this is a big day. Not only is it a double digit day, it’s a double digit day that starts with the number two. It means that I only have 10 days left of the challenge. I know that from this point on it will be very challenging. I will get rid of 20+ things a day from this point on. It feels like a big task; it feels like I’m not even sure if I have that many things left. I had already gotten rid of so much (and I am pretty proud of myself for it). But I am going to do it. I set my mind to this and I know why I am doing it, so that makes it easier. I am committed to having less so I can live more. A more meaningful life with more purpose, more passion, more time and more true happiness. If you want a simple life like I do (I truly think it’s the way to happiness) you simply can’t clutter it with stuff.

Today I got rid of 11 candle holders, 3 broken Buddha statues, 1 block candle, 1 neck pillow, 2 porcelain cans, 1 fruit platter and 1 cracked big serving plate. As always, things that are not broken will get donated.
